3. Personal Effectiveness for Leaders *

Description:  

This workshop aims to equip the learner to apply knowledge and life skills such as establishing personal goals and evaluating them to justify roles and responsibilities in achievement of organizational goals, managing time effectively, maintaining organizational work-life balance, as well as managing stress and personal finances to be effective at the workplace as a manager.

4. Time Mastery Workshop

Who is This Program For? All Staff 

Duration: 1 Day

Description:  

Through the use of interactive and application oriented methodologies, this workshop will seek to enhance participants’ ability to assess and deal with time limitations realistically.  Based on the the Time Mastery ProfileTM,  participants will learn key time management concepts and methods to prioritize and implement time management tasks to better manage time and attain desired results.

6. Coping & Stress Workshop

Description:  

Today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace demands high performance of employees. These stressors, coupled with employee’s work-life challenges are inevitable and cannot be easily changed. However, one’s response can be changed when one learns to understand stress and make stress work for us by becoming resilient in the face of stressful situations and events. 

 

7. Workskills Training

Description:  

The business environment of today is going through significant structural changes as companies tend to respond to market and cost factors. Competitive pressures are driving organizations to improve their cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, flexibility, process efficiency and responsiveness. People are increasingly being forced to work in unfamiliar environment and with new processes.    

Individuals must be able to thrive in uncertainties and constant changes – otherwise corporate performance will be adversely affected. 8. Breakthrough Leadership

Description:  

A Breakthrough Leader-Manager is one who thinks strategically, provides direction, builds organizational capability, engages the hearts and minds of people, embodies the corporate ethos and values, and behaves in an authentic manner while adopting effective styles.  While some of these leadership attributes may be innate, skills can be learned to support greater capacity as a leader.

9. DiSC Certification Workshop

Duration: 2 Days

Description:  

This workshop provides you with credentials that demonstrate your in-depth understanding of the State-of-the-Art DiSC, the Analysis and Processing of the profile and its Application to People Solutions. You will be exposed to the industry-leading Everything DiSC® Family of Profiles. Upon fulfilling the workshop requirements, you will be awarded recognition as a  Certified DiSC Behavioral Consultant.
