Great facilitation skills is required to ensure high level of engagement and buy-in from the audience. A good facilitator not only helps the audience be very clear of the objectives , he/she inspires ownership and accountability in the process.

  • Have interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal/external parties and to demonstrate the right reactions and responses in different situations.
  • Have planning and organization skills to assign priorities within own scope of work.
  • Have an understanding of customer behaviors, needs and wants.
  • Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) 6.
  • Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 6.
  • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) level 6
