Courageous Conversations

For any organization and its leaders to grow, courageous conversations must take place at some point. Yet, not all leaders are equipped with the know-how to raise, discuss and even resolve “difficult” and/or “unspoken” issues.

Having courageous conversations can be daunting, coupled with the fear that it may come across as offensive when not spoken appropriately. This may cripple a leader’s ability to manage individual performance; as well as, resulting in frustrations, and attrition within the team.

This program prepares you for courageous conversations with others, as well as being open for others to have similar conversations with you.
