Tan Tat Jin

Tat Jin has more than three decades of experience in Organization Development (OD) and Leadership Development. He has deep expertise in designing and facilitating workshops and has facilitated strategic initiative workshops for many MNCs. These include culture building, strategy review, talent management and organization restructuring. Tat Jin creates & develops effective OD/HRD frameworks and tools to provide effective interventions for organizations and has also authored the 5-5-5 People Leadership book.

Prior to the founding of Capelle in 1995, Tat Jin was the Organization Effectiveness Adviser with Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd. In 2002, he was appointed by the Government of Singapore as a member of the Economic Review Sub-Committee (Impact of Economic Restructuring). Tat Jin has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and has served as the tutor-counselor for the University of Strathclyde’s MBA program.

Tsao Yuan’s professional experience spans the private, public, political and academic worlds, both in Singapore and Asia. She has served as an independent director on the boards of various corporations, was a Former Director of the Institute of Policy Studies and a former Nominated Member of Parliament. Companies have engaged her to help in leadership behavior change and to offer their senior leaders a space for reflection so as to enhance performance, attain authenticity and discover purpose.

Tsao Yuan is an ICF-credentialed (PCC) Certified Professional Coach and a graduate of several professional coach training programs. Companies have engaged her to help in leadership behavior change; to act as a sounding board for their key senior executives, and to offer them a space for reflection so as to enhance performance, attain authenticity and discover purpose.

Tsao Yuan has a Master of Organizational Leadership from Monash University, a PhD in economics from Harvard University and a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Statistics from the then University of Singapore.

Yong Yong specializes in Organizational Development diagnosis and solutioning. She works with clients to address alignment, structure and people capability and to articulate talent criteria for Succession Planning. 

Yong Yong started her career with global companies in the IT industry, where she has taken on both local and regional roles. Her subsequent experience in the banking industry spans across IT Project Management and Operations Management.

Yong Yong graduated with a Bachelor of Science from National University of Singapore majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. She has also completed the Organizational Behavior module with Universitas 21 Global and the SMU Advanced Management Program.
