Innovation and Change Management (SFw)

In an environment of accelerated change and aggressive global competition, the organization that constantly reinvents itself has a better chance of making progress and staying relevant. To this end, leaders must create a workplace that encourages learning or innovation and embraces change positively to help the organization to achieve the desired state.

At the End of the Course, You’ll Learn to:

  1. Contribute to the development of a learning organization that supports the development of teams and individuals
  2. Identify competencies to assist individuals and teams to respond positively to change
  3. Support enterprising behavior and risk-taking by being a role model and reward innovation
  4. Promote understanding areas of achievement and growth opportunities or improvement
  5. Work with various team leaders to anticipate and plan for predictable consequences of change, apply systems thinking and provide support
  6. Assign roles and responsibilities to implement change strategies and processes for greater effectiveness
  7. Identify, develop and review systems and behaviors that may support or limit implementation activities
  8. Identify actions and resources required to ensure change processes generate required benefits
  9. Analyze data and feedback from team leaders to establish trends

  • Work with competitive knowledge of the business, industry and sector in which the organization operates
  • Demonstrate listening and speaking skills (English) at a level equivalent to Employability Skills (ES) Literacy Level 6
  • Demonstrate reading and writing (English) at a level equivalent to Employability Skills (ES) Literacy Level 6
  • Demonstrate numeracy skills at a level equivalent to Employability Skills (ES) Numeracy Level 6
