Manage Workplace Challenges with Resilience

Disruptions organizations experience today, such as innovative technologies and creative business models, inevitably spawn many actions and reactions, forming undercurrents of dynamic tensions in business management. To lead and manage in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world, it is imperative that managers develop personal and team resilience to achieve its organization’s mission and goals. This workshop addresses the skills and knowledge required to manage team and workplace challenges with resilience.

What You Will Learn

  1. Understand the concept and importance of resilience to an individual, team and organization
  2. Assess the level of resilience at the individual and team level and its effects on achieving desired outcomes
  3. Apply resilience techniques to manage challenging circumstances
  4. Examine the areas for development in resilience of the individual and team
  5. Identify areas and opportunities to seek support from others when dealing with challenging situation
