As a corporate HR, she had pioneered new departments and regional leadership roles in Talent Management. She also facilitated training programs in Leadership, Communications, Talent Management and Interviewing & Selection skills. Her extensive experiences have allowed her to share many real-life examples that helped participants to easily translate theories into practical applications.
People development has been a common and large part of Alice’s career focus. Besides Corporate Human Resources, she was also in Nursing and Education.
Alice started her career as a Nurse Educator in a big restructured hospital, where she was involved in the review and transfer of clinical skills. She conducted 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and developed internal customer service programs that encouraged service paradigm shifts.
