Anthony started his career in Seagate Technology as an industrial engineer and then moved into a technical and training function from 1987 to 1990. Thereafter, Anthony joined Siemens, which later became Infineon Technologies. Anthony was Vice President of Human Resources Asia Pacific and managed a large Human Resource team, located in 8 countries, where his team supported 14,000 employees across the region in manufacturing, research and development, and sales and marketing.
Anthony came from a matrix organization and was part of the senior global HR team to implement global policies and initiatives. He was involved in 3 major divestitures and a few mergers and acquisitions. He also initiated a talent management program to support the Human Capital requirements for the growth in Asia Pacific and developed a holistic retention program for the region.
