Anthony was Vice President of Human Resources Asia Pacific, and had managed a large Human Resource team, located in 8 countries. His team supported close to 14,000 employees across the regions in the Manufacturing, research and Development, and Sales and Marketing functions.
Anthony started his career in as an Industrial Engineer with Seagate Technology, where he later moved into a technical and training role. He later joined Siemens, which became Infineon Technologies.
He had worked in a matrix organization, and was part of the senior global HR team to implement global policies and initiatives. He was also key in driving a few major divestitures, and M&As. He initiated a talent management program to support the Human Capital requirements for growth in the Asia Pacific; and also developed a holistic retention program for the region.
