A believer in continual learning, Su Min attained a Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning & Leadership.

Su Min has more than 20 years of experiences in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), telecommunications, retail and consumer electronics sectors. She helmed the market insights function in multi-national companies like F&N Coca-Cola, M1, Levi Strauss and Samsung Asia. Su Min possesses the technical research knowledge, as well as the ability to translate information into actionable insights for her clients and senior management team. When Su Min was Regional Head at Samsung Asia, she was the key driver that developed the training programs for her team in South East Asia.

Leveraging on her analytical and problem solving skills, Su Min had been involved in redesigning business processes to improve productivity and efficiency. She had driven and implemented customer service system projects in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam for F&N Coca-Cola. She has also taken on numerous Market Intelligence projects that has helped organizations better understand consumer segmentation and profiles, purchase behavior, audit customer service and gather products/ services feedback to prepare for next course of actions.
