Lim Chin Leng
He had spent 4 years on a regional leadership stint in Shanghai. His greatest sense of satisfaction was to train and develop staff for leadership succession. This overseas stint has given Chin Leng a global perspective on how to challenge the norms and think out-of-the-box in a different context and cultural environment.
In 2000, Chin Leng was given the opportunity to wholly manage a year-long community project in Japan. Having to manage the project of Singapore, he had definitely honed his cross cultural communications skills, as well as develop his project management skills to ensure effective offsite coordination and implementations.
