Sharon has 25 years of experience in Consulting and HR Advisory specializing in Strategic Business Partnering, HR Policy and Change Management. She has enjoyed a long career as a HR professional with Shell Eastern Petroleum, and her last role as Policy Advisor (Projects). She was seconded to Western Australia, where she provided policy advice to the Upstream project. She also had regional experience supporting 14 countries, specifically, in policy development and implementation in the east region.
An experienced HR practitioner, Sharon is able to advise her clients to put diverse people practices like better performance management processes & implementation, change management communications and staff engagement dialogue, and structured recruitment selection processes in place.
Sharon also had 10 years of Business Partnering experience, where she supported the business end-to-end on HR activities such as resourcing, performance, and talent management.
