Professionally, Sharon has 25 years of experience in consulting and HR Advisory specializing in Strategic Business Partnering, HR Policy and Change Management. She has supported corporate clients at management level in leadership effectiveness, improving personal effectiveness and managing teams.
Highly experienced in HR practices, Sharon is able to advise her clients to put diverse people practices like better performance management processes & implementation, change management communication and staff engagement dialogue, and structured recruitment selection processes in place.
Sharon has enjoyed a long career as a HR professional with Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd. In her last role as Policy Advisor (Projects), she was seconded to Western Australia where she provided policy advice to the Upstream project. Sharon also has regional experience supporting 14 countries; specifically, in policy development and implementation in the east region.
On top of that, Sharon has 10 years of Business Partnering experience supporting the business end-to-end in the whole range of HR activities such as resourcing, performance management and talent management.
