Sheila Esther Wee
Prior to joining Capelle in 2013, Sheila was an independent consultant providing change management solutions to schools and HQ Divisions within the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). She provided process facilitation for envisioning workshops, innovation, stakeholder consultation and sensemaking, as well as pedagogical workshops and mentoring programs for teachers in over 100 schools.
During her term in MOE, Sheila also served as Assistant Director for Organizational, Vice Principal at a top Junior College, Professional Developer in Teachers Network and Literature and English Language teacher in the gifted education program. As an adjunct lecturer for the National Institute of Education, National Institute of Education (International) & the Institute of Technical Education, Sheila has trained teachers, lecturers & instructors in the SAF & Home Team.
