Capelle Consulting is a merger of two companies, OTi
Group and SDC Consulting that took place on 1 February
2010. OTi Consulting was founded in 1982 whilst SDC was
founded in 1995. We collectively have a long and strong
history in corporate OD and HR experience to offer to
our valued clients and partners.
We now have a larger number of highly qualified consultants,
trainers, project managers and account managers. The merger
also brings together the regional presence of both companies
in the form of our larger China Office in Shanghai and
our business partners in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam,
Philippines and Dubai. The increase in capabilities brings
a broader range of programs and services and more importantly,
the ability to offer an integrated solution in the form
of Consulting, Learning and Coaching to our valued clients
and partners.
What We Do?
Capelle's methodology is based on working with management
in their environment to improve or refine the company's
structure, processes, management systems and behaviors.
We work with managers and their teams to:

planning, execution and measurement that positions effectively
your intended customer experience for your targeted
customers.
- Facilitate the learning of managers and their teams
to be accountable for results and to actively manage
their areas of responsibility.
We are an Integrated HRD and OD provider who deliver
our services through 3 key service domains: Consulting,
Learning and Coaching.
