Igniting Purpose: Bringing ESG to Life at DLM

Capelle is currently conducting a series of Introduction to Sustainability and ESG workshops for DLM, a leading mechanical and engineering company committed to building a greener future. 

As part of DLM’s ongoing sustainability journey and its commitment to delivering eco-friendly solutions for commercial buildings and attaining Green Mark certifications, DLM is choosing to invest in its most valuable asset: its people.

DLM’s objectives are to equip employees with a foundational understanding of Sustainability and ESG and to inspire staff towards DLM’s ESG goals.

 

During the workshops, staff explored global and local sustainability efforts, connected them to DLM’s goals, understood the company’s material factors and discovered how they could make meaningful contributions, both in their personal lives and job roles. Energised by interactive discussions and activities, the sessions sparked fresh ideas and a renewed sense of purpose in embedding sustainability into the heart of DLM’s culture.
