This workshop seeks to help employees put into practice their organisational vision, mission and values. Through this, each one will recognise the role they play in contributing to the organisation’s shared values, and be able to self-regulate to achieve new levels of service excellence over periods of time. Ultimately, leading to increase in customer’s confidence and loyalty to the organisation.
