Developing people and helping them build their capabilities are critical for organisations to achieve their strategic goals. To narrow any competency or development gaps, organisations need to recognise that there must be a partnership effort between the managers and/or supervisors, as well as the subordinates. While the managers and/or supervisors provide the guidance towards development, the subordinates need to take ownership of their own career and development growth within the organisation. 

This workshop provides a systematic approach to prepare managers and supervisors to identify learning needs and opportunities to help subordinates improve their performance. They will also learn how to coach subordinates to take ownership for their own developmental growth within the organisation.
