The digital economy is a fast emerging and growing area that will bring new opportunities for individuals and businesses. The SFDW 2.0 opens the doors to learnings about the technological advances prevalent in Singapore, the common digital terms cybersecurity and innovations. This knowledge will prepares participants to be relevant and future-ready for the digital workplace. 

The SFDW 2.0 is delivered through a good mix of short lectures, video clips, discussions, the use of case studies, and interactive activities such as online games and quizzes. This will allow participants a chance for hands-on experiment with various applications to enhance their understanding of these tools in their personal and work lives. Documentation of their learnings and action plans will also be translated into digital tools like Padlet to encourage continuous learning beyond this workshop, with the intention to increase their confidence in digitalisation. 

This workshop seeks to address the need for a mindset shift in four key areas – data analytics, automation, cybersecurity risk, and in-demand digital tools. Relevant used cases and trends will also be discussed in each of these four key areas to help participants better appreciate how these technologies are deployed in different industries, as well as to have a glimpse into the future technological outlook.
