It is highly important for an organisation to have a clear service vision to articulate what it can offer to its customers; at the same time, this service vision also serves as a rallying point to steer its employees to a common direction.
This workshop will cover knowledge and application skills in role modelling the service vision of an organisation. It will involve demonstrating the characteristics of a role model and promoting a customer-centric culture within the team to achieve service excellence.
