The digital economy is a fast emerging and growing area that will bring new opportunities for citizens and enterprises. Participants will learn about the technological advances prevalent in Singapore, common digital terms, cybersecurity and innovations. This will enable them to be self-assured and future-ready.

This programme begins by addressing the need for a mindset shift for greater efficacy in the learning and application of the digital knowledge and skills, having a focus on generative artificial intelligence (AI) specifically tailored for professionals who are just beginning to use Generative AI in their work contexts. Throughout the programme, participants will gain foundational knowledge about generative AI, explore its practical applications, and discover how it intersects with diverse industries. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped to leverage generative AI tools effectively in their respective fields.

Documentation of their learning and action planning will utilise digital tools such as Padlet, so that participants will continue to apply what they have learned beyond the workshop and build their confidence to move into the digital age.
