To achieve service excellence that delights the customer, it requires a team to be coherent in their efforts to ensure every part of the service value chain is fulfilled. 

This workshop seeks to enable people in the entire service chain team to embrace a service excellence mindset. Learners will also recognise how each touchpoint affects the customer’s perception of the organisation, and their role as part of the service chain in meeting customer’s needs through their effective communication skills. They will also be equipped with skills to work as a team and resolve potential conflict situations and become “Team Service Excellence”.

  • Recognise your own role in the service value chain
  • Enhance customer experience through respective service touchpoint
  • To provide information on frequently asked questions by customers
  • Take personal responsibility to deliver service as part of a team to delight customers
