Siang Hwei comes with more than 20 years of HR experience being involved in the transformation journeys of Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), and Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). With the accumulated wealth of HR experience, Siang Hwei was a key pillar that supported Senior Management, and Management teams, as well as operational levels within the respective organizations through the transformational process.

To enhance work efficiency and productivity, Siang Hwei firmly believes in innovation, creativity and continuous learning through teamwork excellence. She demonstrates these values through leading teams in using data analytics, design thinking, process engineering, robotic process automation (RPA) in HR work and role re-design. These works have led to significant impact on more than 12 key research and corporate entities through the gain of strong recognitions and awards. Siang Hwei is also highly well-versed with employment laws, and statutory requirements, HR policies and practices.

As part of the Consulting team currently, Siang Hwei coaches social service agencies on digital implementation projects. She was also a key member that previously worked on a major project with pre-schools’ management teams to strengthen their leadership and HR capabilities to implement progressive HR practices.

• Highly commended for being a key lead in a major restructuring and re-design of HR roles that involved 12 research institutes to a central corporate shared services entity, which resulted in increased efficiency and productivity
