With more than 20 years of corporate communications experience with MNCs, Jacinta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the presentation workshops that she delivers. Having created a series of interactive programs which successfully improved customer affiliation towards the organization in her previous capacity, Jacinta has extensive consumer insights to share in her Service Excellence workshops. In February 2018, Jacinta was presented with the “Best Trainer of the Year 2017 (Refresher Programme)” award by Singapore Changi Airport.
Jacinta’s holistic and in-depth experience in communications ranges from conducting workshops & trainings, designing to managing corporate brands, road shows and exhibitions, media relations, mentoring corporate communications managers to coaching of corporate spokespersons and Department Heads for regional and global organizations. In the course of her work, Jacinta has travelled extensively across Asia Pacific and Europe and is well-verse with diverse cultures.
