A consumer and communications expert. Jacinta’s expertise ranges from designing, managing corporate brands, media relations, and training of corporate spokespersons from regional and global offices. With her extensive consumer insights, Jacinta is never short of applicable knowledge to share in her Service Excellence workshops.

In 2018, Jacinta received the “Best Trainer of the Year 2017” for the CAG Refresher Programme by Singapore Changi Airport.

In her previous role, Jacinta had created series of interactive programs which had successfully improved customer affiliation towards the organization.
