James Loi

Executive Coach

    A dynamic speaker and trainer, James is recognised for his lively, jovial and engaging delivery style. He designs and conducts programmes such as Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Team Collaboration and communication, TTT skills level 1,2,3, Service Mindset, Growth Mindset, Energy Management, Effective Communication skills, Coaching skills in both languages (Chinese and English), locally and internationally.   

    One of his passions and mission lies in assisting senior management and organisation in their strategic purposes and transformation of the organisation.  As a facilitator, he facilitates senior management workshops in the areas of Customer Experience strategies, Action Learning, Corporate Communication workshops. He coaches teams to identify issues, resolves problems and facilitates discussions for organisational solutions.  As an action learning coach and facilitator, he assists organisations to groom leaders in their leadership developments through team coaching and action learning methodologies.  As a coach, he helps potential leaders to see and remove their personal obstacles in their own leadership development.  

    Experience

    James has over 24 years of experience in organisation learning & development and team management. He was leading the Capelle China office as a GM for the past 8 years. Prior to this role, he was leading SQ Centre China for 7 years and the management consultant for Leadership in Motion (US). He was also the business development head in his early career for SQ Centre Singapore and MCSB, a publicly listed IT company in Malaysia.
