Min Chuen, fondly known as MC, is a natural presenter and trainer. Skilled at designing program flow that engage participants, he maximizes the learners’ learning experiences. Many of his participants agreed unanimously that it is almost impossible to fall asleep in MC’s class!

Min Chuen has more than 20 years of working experiences in fast-paced, objectives-driven international corporations and local conglomerates, and brings with him extensive and practical experiences in presentations, team-building, personal effectiveness and service.

A trained engineer, MC began his career with Hewlett-Packard (HP) Singapore as a Manufacturing Engineer. He championed knowledge transfer to HP’s sub-contractor from Singapore to JB, Malaysia during the move of the keyboard production line.

Later, he joined The Singapore Mint to develop the coin collection and collectibles business in Singapore and with worldwide Channel partners. He ran promotions and managed tradeshows locally and overseas. It is here that MC discovered his passion for business development and sales.

Before joining Capelle, MC had spent 7 years as a Partnership and Business Development Manager with SingTel. He managed partners in Asia, Europe, USA and The Middle East, and the Channel Sales. He also conducted product trainings to the Partners and Channel Sales Managers to ensure steady exponential growth in the SingTel’s market share.
