Professionally, Kok Ping has 20 years of Leadership experience in Managing Operations across Asia with Microsoft for the Microsoft Consulting Business & Premier Customer Business. He has coached and mentored at management level to facilitate leadership effectiveness, improving personal effectiveness and managing teams. Kok Ping had also led & sponsored Leadership Development initiatives across Microsoft Asia including Career Advisory Boards and Mentoring Programs.

​Highly experienced in Change Management, Kok Ping has advised Management Teams to put diverse people practices like better performance management processes & implementation, communications and staff engagement dialogue, ​and structured recruitment selection processes in place.

Kok Ping had enjoyed a long career with Microsoft with Asia Regional experiences leading major Project Launches, sponsoring Business Process Outsourcing implementation as well as managing the Channel Partner Business and Development Strategy of the Microsoft Singapore ecosystem.

Prior to Microsoft, Kok Ping was a senior consultant in Network Infrastructure & Business Solution Applications segments with Arthur Andersen, managing and leading a team of implementation consultants/project managers located throughout the Asia Pacific Andersen branch offices.

As a volunteer, Kok Ping serves on the NTU Alumni Advisory Committee & mentors the EEE LEAD undergraduates. He also serves as the President of International Christian Mission (Singapore), a non-profit organization focused on God’s mission work across 12 countries throughout Asia.
