A Certified Trainer and program developer, Mia is a versatile Consultant. As a trainer, she helps participants raise awkward issues, reframe situations, and reflect in a safe and supportive environment. Her commitment to fostering psychological safety ensures that participants feel comfortable exploring new ideas and challenging perspectives without fear of judgment. A keen learner, Mia is always discovering and applying new learning methods to better engage her participants. Her experiences with IE Singapore have provided her with insights into corporate challenges across varied sectors, allowing her to contextualise her workshops in a more relevant and meaningful way. A Fudan-MIT graduate, Mia is a highly sought-after bilingual trainer in both Singapore and China. 

Mia has recently focused on advancing sustainability and ESG initiatives. She led key projects under the BCG RISE Green Economy programme, where her team was recognised as a Top 2 Capstone Project Group in 2024. As a consultant and trainer, she delivers impactful training on sustainability, leadership, and purposeful learning. 

Mia served as Chief Representative and Director for the China operations of Global Business Insights, a subsidiary of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore. She helped Singapore companies set up foreign representative offices, and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China. Within IE, she had also established a new department to promote the use of marketing tools like branding and franchising to help strengthen Singapore businesses to venture overseas.  

She was also HOD at IE where she promoted Conference and Exhibition solutions. This has contributed to her vast experiences in MICE, managing large-scale events, branding and advertising. Mia started her career as Senior Trade Officer managing accounts such as BP, Cargill and Shell.
