A skillful trainer, she is able to help participants raise and articulate awkward issues; thereafter to reframe and reflect on changing mindset. To keep abreast with current and relevant trends, Mia is always adopting new methods to better engage her participants.  A Fudan – MIT graduate, Mia is a highly sought-after bilingual trainer in Singapore and China.

Mia began her career as a Senior Trade Officer with International Enterprise (IE) Singapore where BP, Cargill and Shell were key accounts she managed. Her exposures with IE Singapore has allowed her to understand corporate challenges across varied sectors. These experiences help her to contextualize her trainings more relevant and meaningful.

Before returning to Singapore, Mia was Chief Representative and Director for the China operations of Global Business Insights, a subsidiary of IE Singapore. In this role she has helped Singapore companies set up foreign representative offices, and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China. To encourage Singapore businesses to venture overseas, she had also established a new department to promote the use of marketing tools like branding and franchising.

Prior to being in China, Mia was HOD, MICE in IE Singapore. She promoted Conference and Exhibition solutions, and managed large scale events, including branding and advertising.
