In 2020, Richard was awarded “Best Trainer of the Year 2019” for the Changi Refresher Programme by Changi Airport Group.
Having been in the ICT sector, Richard has always taken an interest in data analytics. In this accelerated digitalization phase, Richard took time to further discover how data visualization can be powerful in shaping a powerful story for better delivery.
Prior to pursuing his passion in training with Capelle, Richard has more than 2 decades of work experiences. He spent about 7 years was spent managing outsourced operations and service delivery in various projects for MNCs in the ICT sector. In the course of his work, he had worked with his clients to analyze, interpret and report financial data and information, regional sales performance to ensure the accuracies for more informed decision-makings.
He was also Senior Manager for Xcellink, and managed a team of Service Delivery Managers of about 200 staff under their supervision. They served MNC clients like HP, IBM, NCS, NTT and Sony. In this role, Richard collated and analyzed data for monthly reporting to management and clients on performance service delivery teams and deliverables according to service level agreements.
