His experiences come from the financial services and government sector where he has been involved in multiple digital transformational projects to help organisations stay relevant in the moving landscape. Type of work includes digital strategy, business process redesign, target operating model design, user interface design and automation.

Prior to working at Deloitte, Siyuan worked at Zalora as a regional merchandising planner. He supported the regional buying network across 8 countries by managing a retail budget worth $10 million through historical data analytics, future category planning, brand budgeting, financial forecasting and pricing intelligence.
