Suan is passionate about creating a better and more caring society through strengthening participant connectedness to purpose, community and self. Through non-traditional approaches, she creates experiential learning activities to impart learning in a fun and insightful way.  Suan has consistently received accolades for her creative presentation of ideas, highly engaging facilitation and insightful debrief. As such, she has been engaged to help seasoned trainers with guided-reflection and dialogue-facilitation.

Suan has held managerial, consultative, training and executive positions. She was also Head of Department for English in Nan Hua High School and was often called upon to head several other major committees including the school’s 88th Anniversary and Official Opening, Self-Appraisal and Horizontal Integration Committee.

While in Teachers Network, Ministry of Education headquarters, using Learning Circles, a professional development tool, she facilitated and trained teachers to assume the role of facilitators. After leaving Teachers Network, Suan offered consultancy in department administration and management, and was actively involved in supervising and developing teachers.
