A Certified Facilitator and Coach, William has extensive negotiation experience representing local and multi-national companies. In his sessions, William uses a combination of activities, reflections and powerful questions to help participants draw insights and crystallize learning principles, which facilitate a breakthrough in mindset. A man who is very well-read and with many interests, William is well-known for his many anecdotes that has helped many internalize concepts. William is bilingual and trains both in China and Singapore.

William held consultative, executive, managerial and management positions with various local and multi-national companies in Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Trading & Oil Operations both in Singapore and Malaysia.

His work has given him extensive opportunities across ASEAN, Taiwan, China and the Indian Sub-Continent, where he negotiated business and supply deals with vendors, distributors and national oil companies. When he was in Human Resource, he managed a workforce of close to 600 people in Malaysia. He negotiated numerous wage negotiations and a Collective Agreement with an in-house union and administered staff appraisals, job evaluations and rankings.
