Our capability development solutions aim to improve competencies by enhancing organizational strategies and employees’ skills. Many agencies in the social service sector face the challenge of capability gaps, where there is a mismatch between their existing competencies and the ones needed to achieve their objectives. Such competencies may range from technical skills and workforce team cohesion to high-level processes and human resource management.
