Why Impact & Imprint?

The business environment is changing at an unprecedented rate; and given the unrelenting working pace in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) or Disruptive world, it is hard for leaders to set aside time for quality reflection and thinking. With the intrusion of advancement in communication technology into our personal life, it is even harder for leaders to be effective in making sound and timely decisions courageously, mobilizing people to execute plans to achieve shared mission, bringing out the best in people, and at the same time managing self well.

To survive the VUCA environment, an effective leader needs to:

1: Create an impact on organization’s goals

2: Make an imprint on people so that their lives are built as valuable assets

3: Lead a fulfilling work and personal life

What is Impact & Imprint?

The Impact & Imprint (I&I) workshop is an investment for developing sustainable leadership in an organization. The return-on-investment is a holistic and effective leader who can impact on performance and imprint on people.

Targeting at senior leaders and hi-potentials, focuses primarily on providing a safe, open and engaging environment for participants to pause, reflect and examine their deeply held beliefs and values as a leader.

The key principle of the workshop is that leaders today must excel in both their “Being” & “Doing”. The main topics are best represented in the ensuing model:
